Commitment To Service

Sean Patrick’s Salon & Spa commits to consistently delivering an extraordinary client experience that exceeds guest’s expectations. We will provide knowledge, education and FASHION FORWARD LOOKS that enhance the self esteem, image and self confidence of the GUEST WE SERVE.

Redos / Adjustments

We want our guests to receive a “no compromise” experience. If any guest is dissatisfied, we will adjust the original service at no charge to the guest. We will ask the original service provider to schedule the adjustment within one week of the original service. Our goal is to EXCEED your expectations.


When we reserve space on our appointment schedule, our time and services are for you. If that time becomes non-productive, there is a loss to the operation of our team. Our policy requires a 24 hour cancellation notice if you cannot make your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We provide confirmation calls 24 to 48 hours in advance of your scheduled time to remind you of your appointment. These calls are a courtesy and failure to receive your call is not a valid reason for a “no show”. Please confirm we have your correct information on file to insure a successful confirmation / reminder process.

Also, we understand that emergencies and accidents happen; therefore, we concede to one no-show or last minute cancellation before this policy affects you.
